Tikkurila Luja 40 Scrubbable Semi-Gloss for Bathrooms & Wall Tiles is extremely durable and water-based. The paint creates a hardwearing film that can be scrubbed thoroughly mulitple times making it ideal for high traffic and high humidity areas.
Tikkurila Luja 40 gives a semi-gloss finish and can be mixed into thousands of different colours. A primer is recommended for walls and the Otex primer is recommended for use on wall tiles.
