Delivery Options & Charges for Mainland UK

Orders over £50 receive free Standard Delivery. If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Rust-Oleum products are only available on standard delivery as these are processed and shipped from a separate warehouse.
Charges for non Mainland UK (and some surrounding areas)
Delivery charges for Northern Ireland are £9.95. Isle of Man, Wight and Isles of Scilly are £13.95. Scottish Highlands and more northern areas (such as AB and FK postcodes) are £9.95 and Scottish Islands are £17.95 and no Next Day or Saturday option is available. Orders over £50 are not eligible for the free delivery over £50 and will still be charged at their standard rate.
Rust-Oleum & Craig & Rose delivery
Standard Delivery only on all Rust-Oleum and Craig & Rose products.
Rust-Oleum and Craig & Rose orders are processed and shipped in a separate wareouse which means these will arrive in two seperate deliveries with DPD. All of the order will arrive by your estimated delivery date.
Rust-Oleum and Craig & Rose products cannot be returned or exchanged and orders can't be amended or cancelled once processed.
We hope you will love the products you receive, but should you have reason to return these to us, we would be happy to issue a refund or exchange if returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to organise the return. Goods should be returned in the original packaging where possible or suitable packaging to avoid any damages during the return. If the product is returned damaged a refund will not be given.
In the event of faulty goods or damaged parcels please contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will be able to arrange collection and delivery of replacement goods where possible or a full refund.
Colour Match products cannot be returned or exchanged and once your order has been processed this cannot be amended or cancelled. Please check your colour match paint on receipt (and in any case before use), to ensure they are correct. If you believe there has been an error with your colour match order, please contact our customer services team. Please note we will not accept returns or provide refunds based on an opinion of a colour relative to another manufacturers tester pot.
Rust-Oleum products are mixed to order and therefore are regarded as a colour match product. These cannot be returned or exchanged and orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
In any other event of return we will happily refund or credit wallpaper or non-Colour Match products providing it is in a fully resaleable condition with no packaging damaged or opened within 28 days of receipt of goods. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning the goods at their own costs in these instances and we would recommend gaining a proof of delivery from your selected provider.

Please make sure to attach images of the damaged box with the DPD label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box for our records.
