Charges for Mainland UK.
Express delivery is charged at £4.95 and once processed your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery is charged at £7.95. You order will be processed the same day if ordered before 3pm and stock is available. Next day is applicable Monday through to Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm Friday will have a next working day delivery of Monday.
Saturday Delievery is charged at £9.95 and must be selected when ordering on a Friday with an expected Saturday Delivery.
Orders over £50 receive free Express delivery. If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner.
Charges for non Mainland UK.
Delivery charges for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly as well as the Scottish Highlands and Islands are £9.95 and no Next Day or Saturday option is available. Orders over £50 are not eligible for the free delivery over £50 and will still be charged at £9.95.

We hope you will love the products you receive, but should you have reason to return these to us, we would be happy to issue a refund or exchange if returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to organise the return.
In the event of faulty goods or damaged parcels please contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will be able to arrange collection and delivery of replacement goods where possible or a full refund.
Colour Match products cannot be returned or exchanged and once your order has been processed this cannot be amended or cancelled.
In any other event of return we will happily refund or credit wallpaper or non-Colour Match products providing it is in a fully resaleable condition with no packaging damaged or opened. Please note the buyer is responsible for returning the goods at their own costs in these instances and we would recommend gaining a proof of delivery from your selected provider.
