How to arrange a return.

We hope you love your decorating supplies, but if you need to return them we will provide a refund or exchange for eligible products up to 28 days after purchase. A list of eligible products is provided below.

Before booking a return, please ensure you have checked it is eligible for a refund. If you are unsure, or have any questions please contact our team who will be able to advise on 01388 608144 (opt1) or [email protected].

Arranging a return couldn't be easier, simply click the link below to access our DPD returns portal, where you can create a returns shipping label and select a local drop-off point for collection. Please note there will be a collection fee to pay for this service. Returns must be booked within 28 days of delivery.

Please ensure items being returned in there original packaging and secured appropriately with supplied inserts. Returns that are not packaged correctly or that are damaged may not be possible for us to refund.


Issues or faults with orders

In the event of receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact our customer services team via [email protected] who will be able to arrange a collection of the goods, send out replacement items or offer an alternative solution. Please make sure to attach images to the email of the damaged box with the DPD label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box for our records.


Items not eligible for refund

Paints that are mixed or 'tinted' to order are not eligible for return or refund as they are made to order. This includes the following ranges:

  • Colour match or tinted paints

  • Colours of the Year

  • Colours from our colour palettes

  • Rust-Oleum colours

  • Dulux Heritage

  • Craig & Rose

  • Farrow & Ball

  • Little Greene

  • Morris & Co

  • Blend Paint

  • Paint & Paper Library

  • Clarke & Clarke Wallpaper

  • Paint from the Oops Paint Page (Designer Colour Match)

Laura Ashley Wallpaper should be returned as set out on the returns slip included with the order.


Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my refund take?

Once dropped off at the collection point, DPD will arrange for the items to be returned to us within a couple of working days. We typically process refunds within 2 working days of receipt.

Do I have to use the returns portal?

The returns portal is the most straightforward way to return your items and will ensure your refund is provided as quickly as possible however you are able to make your own arrangements if you wish.

Non-portal returns must have the order reference clearly marked on them and be sent to Unit 5 Croxdale Business Park, Croxdale, County Durham, DH6 5GZ.

I don't have my original packaging, what should I do?

Please contact our team in the first instance who will try to make alternative arrangements where possible.
