Purposely created for the permanent repair for wood rot and damage, this epoxy wood repair paste is suitable for both interior and exterior wood.

Suitable for using in lower temperatures, this easy to use resin can be applied to number of wooden surfaces including window frames, doors, stairs and furniture. Containing 35% biobased raw materials, the Repair Care BIO Flex is ideal for the renovation and restoration of wood structures and features excellent mechanical features, acting just like a natural wood. With a drying time of 15 hours, this solvent free wood repair filler bonds and fills cracks and joints without the risk of shrinking. 

When applying the Repair Care BIO FLEX COOL we recommend using the Repair Care EASY Q Disposable Nitrile Gloves for extra protection. 

How can I apply Repair Care BIO FLEX COOL?

Before application of Repair Care BIO Flex COOL, ensure that your bare wooden surfaces have been pre treated with DRY FIX UNI. Next, dispense BIO FLEX COOL onto your mixing tray using the Repair Care EASY.Q Lightweight Dosing Gun with the slider to the rear, followed by mixing the contents of both cartridge A+B with an EASY. Q stainless steel knife. Once a bright green colour has been achieved, spread the BIO FLEX COOL in a thin layer and apply to your surface, ensuring that all excess product has been removed immediately. Once cured, gently sand your surface before applying paint or wood stain.
