Ronseal UPVC Paint has a durable and long-lasting formula can rejuvenate your UPVC windows and doors. The flexible formula means that Ronseal UPVC Paint can prevent mould, cracking and staining.
Ronseal UPVC Paint can be applied directly to windows and doors without a primer and will be rainproof in one hour. Ronseal UPVC paint can cover up to 6.5m² per litre.
If your uPVC is new, we would recommend waiting 12 months before applying Ronseal uPVC Paint. For best results, apply 2-3 coats of Ronseal uPVC Paint.

Before you start
To achieve the best results when using Ronseal's uPVC Paint, it is recommended to wait for a warm and dry day with temperatures above 10°C, and a low probability of rain.
Painting in cold and wet conditions may slow the drying process of the paint. Additionally, ensure that are you are painting is clean, dry, and free of any dirt, dust, or grease. Before using Ronseal uPVC Paint, it is essential to clean the surface with warm soapy water, rinse it thoroughly, and allow it to dry completely.
Next, ensure that the surface is smooth, and repair any damaged areas as necessary before commencing painting. To achieve an even finish, lightly sand the area using 180-220 grit sandpaper.
If you are using Ronseal uPVC Paint over uPVC that has been previously painted and the existing paint is in good condition, a light sanding with 240-grit sandpaper is sufficient.
Ronseal uPVC Paint can be applied directly without the need for a primer.
Stir the tin of Ronseal uPVC Paint well. Paint your uPVC with a brush or roller, wait 2-4 hours for the Ronseal uPVC Paint to dry before applying a second coat. If you are using Ronseal uPVC Paint over a dark colour, you may need to use a third coat. Your last coat of Ronseal uPVC Paint will be rainproof in one hour.
Clean
Remove as much Ronseal uPVC Paint from your brush or roller as possible before cleaning with warm soapy water.
Maintenance
If you notice any damage to your uPVC, sand down the area and apply two more coats of Ronseal uPVC Paint.
