Gyproc Easifill 20 is designed to repair small holes and cracks quickly and easily. With a 20 minute working time the Easifill 20 can be finished in just two coats.
Ideal for repairing small holes and surface cracks, the Gyproc Easifill 20 sets in only 30 minutes means cracks can be repaired quickly and easily. It even adheres perfectly to interior painted surfaces with excellent workability and is extremely easy to sand once set.
With minimal shrinkage the second coat can be applied after 30 mins. Supplied in 5kg bags.

Backgrounds should be reasonably dry, clean and dust-free.
Mixing up
The powder should be added gradually to clean water in a clean mixing vessel, stirring continuously until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Excessive mechanical mixing should be avoided, and only lowspeed mixers used. Once the material starts to set it must be used quickly or discarded, it cannot be remixed.
For repairs:
- Remove loose material before application
- Fill holes and cracks with filling knife
- For deep holes allow first coat to set (with a minimum of 20 minutes) before applying final coat
For all applications:
- Allow to dry overnight before final sanding
