Fiddes Supreme Wax Polish
A high quality and premium wax polish, the Fiddes supreme wax polish has been designed to enhance the natural beauty of your interior wooden surfaces.
Developed from a unique blend of environmentally friendly waxes, the Fiddes supreme wax polish is available in a range of tints that naturally enhance the beauty of your wood.
Designed to nourish, protect and revive your old tired looking wooden surfaces, this quick drying polish can be used on a range of surfaces including furniture, doors, floors and panelling.
With a drying time of only 3 minutes, the Fiddes Supreme Wax Polish can be used on previously finished and bare wood, and can also be buffed to deliver a very high sheen. Providing coverage of up to 10m² per litre, choose from the following tint colours, all available in a 400ml size tin:
- Light
- Stripped Pine
- Rugger Brown
- Antique Brown
- Forest Brown
- Jacobean
The Fiddes supreme wax polish only requires 1 coat, if a deeper colour is preferred then more coats will be required.
How should I apply Fiddes Supreme Wax Polish?
The Fiddes supreme wax polish can be applied to your interior wooden surfaces with a brush, lint free cloth or sponge.

Sand the wooden substrate in stages, working with a medium sandpaper (120 grit), through to a medium / fine grade (180 –220 grit). Always sand in the direction of the grain pattern where possible, ensuring the removal of any blemishes and glue residue prior to the application of Fiddes Supreme Wax.
Take care to remove all traces of sanding dust and test the chosen Fiddes Supreme Wax shade on a similar substrate to verify the colour. A coat of Fiddes Shellac Sealer is recommended on open grained woods prior to application.
Take a clean cotton cloth, sponge or brush and apply in the direction of the wood grain where possible. To obtain a uniform colour, always wipe evenly, blending the Supreme Wax over the whole surface area by exerting a small degree of pressure when applying by hand.
Take care to lightly remove any excess Supreme Wax immediately with a separate, clean absorbent cloth, again following the direction of the grain pattern. Leave to dry for around 3 minutes, and buff to finish with a soft cloth. The application of additional coats will deepen the existing colour / shade and significantly enhance the resulting sheen level.
