Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Gloss is a black, water-based gloss paint from Crown Trade which can be used on interior and exterior suitably prepared wood and metal surfaces. Featuring a Crown Breatheasy formulation which leaves little to no odour but still gives the high gloss results and finish of a solvent based gloss, this professional black paint is touch dry within 1 - 2 Hours and has a recoat time of 4 - 6 Hours.
Perfect for doors, windows, exterior wood, interior wood, metal and uPVC, this Crown Trade gloss paint works best with Fastflow Quick Dry Primer Undercoat.

All surfaces must be suitably dry, and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Remove all dust. Timber with oils/extractives must be swabbed with clean methylated spirits, frequently changing the face of the cloths.
Treat any knots with two coats of fresh knotting. Rub down with a suitable grade of abrasive paper. Remove all dust.
At the end of preparation prime the surface with one coat of Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Primer Undercoat.
Stir well before and during use. Apply using good quality tools - synthetic brush or medium/micro fibre pile roller. To assist application on porous substrates the surface may be dampened slightly. Maintain a wet edge. On timber lay off in the direction of the grain.
Avoid excessive de-nibbing in-between coats. For airless spray dilution may be required. For further information follow the spray manufacturer’s guidelines. Always intermix (box) packs for colour consistency.
