A high quality scrubbable paint which has been developed to prevent the growth of mould on interior walls and ceilings, Crown Trade Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable matt paint can be used on both new and aged stains and can be easily cleaned away.
Formulated using advanced slow release technology, the Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable Matt can withstand up to 10,000 scrubs making it ideal for using in kitchens and bathrooms or on any wall/ceiling that is subject to potentially moulding. As a highly durable paint, scrubbing this paint will not compromise the integrity or appearance of the paint film.

All surfaces must be sound, clean, suitably dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. Porous surfaces should be coated with a ‘mist’ coat of Crown Trade Clean Extreme Mould Inhibiting Scrubbable Matt diluted with 40% clean water by volume. Where clean water is not available, apply one coat of Crown Trade Covermatt Drywall Primer.
Any areas of surface filling after priming should be touched in with the priming or mist coat diluted as for main areas. Powdery surfaces should be primed with one coat of Sandtex Trade Water Based Stabilising Solution. Polished or dense surfaces should be primed with Crown Trade PX3 Primer or where a water-based alternative is required Crown Trade PX4 Primer.
Stir well before and during use. Apply using good quality tools – synthetic brush or medium pile roller. For airless spray dilution may be required. For further information follow the spray manufacturer’s guidelines.
Always intermix (box) packs for colour consistency. Please check for colour accuracy prior to application. Crown Paints is not liable for decorating costs caused as a result of an incorrect colour being applied.
