Designed for the easily removal of up to 20 layers of architectural, domestic and industrial coatings without leaving any toxic particles or dangerous fumes behind, the Barrrettine Peelaway 7 can be used on a wide range of substrates.
A fresh and modern alternative to the Barrettine Peelaway 1, this easy to apply paint remover does not require neutrilising on application and can be used on wide range of both interior and exterior surfaces. Featuring an environmentally friendly formulation, Barrettine Peelaway 7 is methylene chloride free and is an excellent choice for using on those more trickery areas such as intricate, carved and moulded surfaces. Available in both a 750ml & 4kg size, Peelaway 7 can be applied through a number of application methods including spatula, hawk and trowel, brushes or a roller (Spraying is also suitable, using the correct equipment).

- The Barrettine Peelaway 7 stripping paste has been designed to be applied with the spatula supplied, if preferred a hawk, trowel, brush or roller can also be used.
- The method of application will depend on how thick the paste needs to be applied, for instance, a spatula or trowel will apply the paste thicker than a brush.
- The paste is applied over the surface that requires stripped and covered with the Peelaway poultice blanket for the advised amount of time.
- When stripping is complete, remove the blanket, paste and paint with the blanket retaining the stripped paint which may contain toxic particles from the old paint and preventing them from becoming airborne.
