Application


Always wear protective gloves when using Ronseal Decking Stripper. Shake the Decking Stripper and pour straight onto the decking. Use a stiff brush to spread out the Decking Stripper across your decking.
Ronseal Decking Stripper can be quite slippery so we would suggest working in small sections.
Leave the Decking Stripper for around 30 minutes, if you notice any dry patches in the time, re-apply Decking Stripper to the dry areas.
Once 30 minutes is up, scrape the surface with something sharp. If the old coating does not come off, apply some more Decking Stripper and wait another 10-15 minutes.
Scrub the decking well with a stiff brush, and apply water to help completely remove the old coating.
Once the old coat has been removed, wash your decking with a hose or jet wash. Let your decking dry for a few days before your paint, stain or oil it.

If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
