At DCO, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery options for all our customers. We partner with DPD, one of the UK’s highest-rated couriers, to ensure your items are delivered securely and with minimal risk of damage or loss.

All orders processed from our warehouse before 2pm will arrive the next working day. Every parcel is tracked and comes with a 1-hour delivery window, plus multiple options for receiving your order safely.

Try our Ship to Shop option - £3.99 (Free on orders over £45) - allowing you to collect your order from a local DPD Pickup point at a lower cost, while still enjoying tracked and secure shipping.

Orders are scheduled on a next working day delivery service as standard.

Orders placed before 2pm (3pm for registered PROs) will be dispatched same day.

A small range of products are shipped directly from manufacturers, where this is the case alternative delivery options and dates are made clear at checkout (further details are also provided below).

If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
