All orders processed from our warehouse before 2pm will arrive the next working day. Every parcel is tracked and comes with a 1-hour delivery window, plus multiple options for receiving your order safely.

Orders placed before 2pm (3pm for registered PROs) will be dispatched same day.

If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
