Preparation

Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean, dry and free from grease. Remove all loose and defective paint. Seal absorbent surfaces with a solution of up to 1 part water to 4 parts Hardwearing Matt. Prime bare timber and metal surfaces with the appropriate Leyland Primer. Rub down sound previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly before applying a pre-coat of Leyland Trade Acrylic Primer Undercoat.

Application

Stir well before use and apply by brush, roller or spray. When using a roller, use a medium pile synthetic type. Do not overfill the tray. Ensure roller is loaded evenly. If using a brush, load generously. Apply liberally and evenly; avoid overspreading. Under normal conditions, allow 4 hours before applying a second coat if required. Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 10°C.

If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
