      Preparation

      Ensure all surfaces are sound, clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and other contamination.

      Application

      Stir thoroughly before use. Using a medium pile woven polyester roller, apply the paint in diagonal strokes to create either an 'M', 'W' or 'V' shape. Fill in and over the shape you have just painted to spread the paint evenly.

      Repeat this process, working in small sections. Always work from wet to dry areas, maintaining a wet edge to minimise roller marks.

      On application of the final coat lay off the paint in a single direction to ensure that any roller patterning effects (sometimes visible in certain lighting conditions) are minimised.

      Orders are scheduled on a next working day delivery service as standard.

      Orders placed before 2pm (3pm for registered PROs) will be dispatched same day. 

      A small range of products are shipped directly from manufacturers, where this is the case alternative delivery options and dates are made clear at checkout (further details are also provided below).

      Next Working Day Delivery £5.95 (Free on orders over £60) Available on all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Day Before 12 £12.99 Available on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Day Before 10:30am £18.99 Available on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.

      Wallpaper Samples £0.99 Select 'Sample delivery' at checkout. Our team will ship orders same day for orders before 2pm, and they are dispatched on a 2 day delivery service. Please note tracking is not available on sample delivery service.

      If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
