      Preparation

      Before application of Johnstone's Trade Aqua Guard Satin - Colour Match all surfaces should be clean, dry and free from any flaking and loose material.
      Any previously painted surfaces should be rubbed down with a fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinsed thoroughly. Avoid the inhalation of dust and wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. If painting over bare wood, prime surface with Johnstone’s Trade Aqua Water Based Undercoat whilst if painting over any other bare surfaces use the appropriate Johnstone’s Trade primer. Apply one full coat of Johnstone’s Trade Aqua water Based Undercoat to all correctly prepared and primed surfaces before application of Johnstone’s Trade Aqua Guard Satin.

      Application

      Easy to apply with a brush or roller, ensure that there is good ventilation during the application and drying process.
      Stir product tin well before use and do not apply in temperatures below 8C. When attempting a wide colour change additional coats may be required.

      Orders are scheduled on a next working day delivery service as standard.

      Orders placed before 2pm (3pm for registered PROs) will be dispatched same day. 

      A small range of products are shipped directly from manufacturers, where this is the case alternative delivery options and dates are made clear at checkout (further details are also provided below).

      DPD Pickup £3.99 (Free on orders over £45) Available on all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Working Day Delivery £5.95 (Free on orders over £60) Available on all orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Day Before 12 £12.99 Available on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Next Day Before 10:30am £18.99 Available on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will have a delivery date of the following Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed Monday and will have a delivery date of Tuesday.
      Saturday  & Sunday Delivery £8.99 Available until 3pm Friday
      Wallpaper Samples £0.99 Select 'Sample delivery' at checkout. Our team will ship orders same day for orders before 2pm, and they are dispatched on a 2 day delivery service. Please note tracking is not available on sample delivery service.

      If any part of your order is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be delayed at all, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you of the new anticipated delivery date. If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
