Product Information

Application

Apply one coat of knotting over and around all knots and resinous areas working well in, ensuring all knots are properly sealed. After a minimum of 30 minutes a second coat must be applied if subsequently finishing with a water based coating and recommended for solvent based coatings. O
ver coating possible after 1-2 hours. If knots are exuding excessive resin it is recommended to remove them and make good with wood filler.
Clean brushes with Barrettine Methylated Spirits or Cellulose Thinners.
*Caution: We recommend doing a test area first to ensure compatibility with top coats/paint systems to be used.

If possible we will split your order so you receive goods in stock in a timely manner. Larger orders may be separated into multiple consignments by DPD but these will all be delivered by your estimated delivery date.
