A ground-breaking 4-in-1 primer, Zinsser BIN Aqua Primer is water based, low VOC and includes the same trusted performance advantages as the renowned BIN.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use, the Zinsser BIN Aqua combines fast drying times with unrivalled adhesion and has been purposely designed to effectively prime, seal, block stains & lock in problem odours. Suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces including, metal, plastic, walls and wood, this high-performance primer features a lightning fast touch dry time of 25 minutes, and a recoat time of only 45 minutes.
With its ability to seal tannin, knots and sap streaks, the B-I-N Aqua Primer can also be used to seal severe water stains, fire & smoke damage.
Adhering to slick surfaces like tile, glossy paints and varnishes, this water-based primer-sealer can be easily applied with a brush, roller or airless sprayer and is available in a range of sizes to suit a variety of decorating projects.

Before application of Zinsser BIN Aqua Primer, all surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, dirt, excessive chalky material, grime or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. If unsure, wash surface with an appropriate cleaning solution or solvent and rinse. Remove any peeling and/or unsound coatings and ensure to sand any remaining paint film. When priming over stained areas, first attempt to remove as much of the stain as possible by washing, sanding, scraping, etc. Allow surface to dry completely before priming.
Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 10°C and 32°C with a relative humidity of less than 85%.
