Designed for the quick emergency repair of damaged wood, the Repair Care DRY FLEX 16 is a two part flexible filler that is suitable for using on larger repairs and projects without time constraints.

Featuring a drying time of 16 hours, the Repair Care DRY FLEX 16 bonds and fills cracks and gaps whilst being easy to apply with excellent modelling qualities and slump resistance.

Suitable for using on a wide range of wooden surfaces such as windows, doors, stairs and furniture, this DRY FLEX product is perfect for larger wooden repairs allowing your surface to treated once again like wood (sawn, nailed, painted) once it has fully cured.

How should I apply the Repair Care DRY FLEX 16?

Before application of the Repair Care DRY FLEX 16 we advise to always follow the manufacturers instructions on the container at all times. To begin ensure that you have removed all rotten and decayed wood and pre treated your surface with the Repair Care DRY FIX UNI. Dispense the contents of both DRY FLEX 16 on to the mixing plate with the Repair Care EASY.Q dosing gun and mix both components with the EASY.Q application knives until a light green colour is reached. Spread the mixture thinly across the Repair Care Mixing Plate and apply to the prepared area, ensuring that you remove any excess product. Once cured, sand the surface lightly before applying a paint or stain.
