“Grey, meet beige... the perfect neutral, you'll get along famously."
In our eyes this is the ultimate neutral shade. It’s a take on one of our all time favourite neutrals and is a perfect point somewhere between beige and grey hence its name Soft Greige! Soft Greige is the perfect choice for a neutral colour scheme, suitable for any type of room orientation and it also pairs beautifully with so many different shades making it an ideal coordinating colour!
Decorating with grey or beige can be quite tough due to the undertones in the colours! Grey’s can sometimes lean too cool toned making the room feel cold while some beige shades can be too yellowy in warm light losing the warming and calming properties you seek! Greige (as you can guess from its name!) is the perfect combination of beige and grey to create a beautiful soft neutral shade. Greige shades provide an earthy, comfortable backdrop to your room. It’s a great standalone shade or accompanying shade to most colours!

Remove any loose or flaking material from walls. Lightly sand glossy or heavily sealed surfaces. (Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable dust mask if dry sanding.) Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and dirt.
New Plaster? Use Blend Matt thinned up to 10% water to seal the surface. For bare timber & metal apply suitable primer.
Give the paint a good mix. If using multiple tins, premix the whole amount before starting. Don't paint in damp or cold conditions (10°c or below.)
Let's Blend! Apply 2 coats with a brush, roller or by airless spray. If your blend is a bold change, you may need extra coats. Paint will be touch dry in 1-2 hours, and ready for another coat adter 3-4 hours.
Remove as much paint as possible from your tools before washing with warm water. Keep in a dry place, protected from frost. Scan the QR code to learn how to recycle leftover paint. Don't pour into drains or watercourses. Don't forget to take a snap of your #blend and tag us on socials @blenddecor.
