If you’re looking for a greige that isn’t ‘too grey’, then Swanston may just be exactly what you need.
Swanston can take a subtly warm greige appearance in rooms with only a little natural light, but can also appear a true warm off-white in a room that’s South or West facing with lots of natural light / direct sunlight.
This shade works brilliantly in large spaces that need a hint of warmth, whilst still allowing for a bright and fresh appearance. Perfect for adding a little interest to your walls and/or woodwork.
Tip: Swanston pairs beautifully with Tweed or Morningside.

Remove any loose or flaking material from walls. Lightly sand glossy or heavily sealed surfaces. (Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable dust mask if dry sanding.) Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and dirt.
New Plaster? Use Blend Matt thinned up to 10% water to seal the surface. For bare timber & metal apply suitable primer.
Give the paint a good mix. If using multiple tins, premix the whole amount before starting. Don't paint in damp or cold conditions (10°c or below.)
Let's Blend! Apply 2 coats with a brush, roller or by airless spray. If your blend is a bold change, you may need extra coats. Paint will be touch dry in 1-2 hours, and ready for another coat after 3-4 hours.
Remove as much paint as possible from your tools before washing with warm water. Keep in a dry place, protected from frost. Scan the QR code to learn how to recycle leftover paint. Don't pour into drains or watercourses. Don't forget to take a snap of your #blend and tag us on socials @blenddecor.
