Tikkurila Optiva 3 Scrubbable Flat Matt is to be used on new & previously painted walls & ceilings. It can be mixed into over 13,000 different colours and gives a full matt finish.
Tikkurila Optiva Ceramic Super Matt 3 is easy to apply as it adheres to the surface extremely well and has been produced with a non-dripping formula.
The paint has high resistance to dirt and stains and has extremely good hiding power which means less coats are needed when applying.
