Tikkurila Luja 7 can be used on both newly and previously painted walls and ceilings with the recommended primer and can has been designed to withstand vigorous cleaning with hospital grade detergents. Tikkurila Luja 7 delivers a stunning matt finish, that's water-based and made from a safe and eco-friendly formula.
