Ronseal Trade Total Wood Preserver is a solvent based traditional wood preserver which protects wood against decay, rot and wood discolouring fungi.
Ronseal's Trade Total Wood Preserver is also effective against woodworm and is for use on exterior wood whilst giving wood long lasting protection. Ronseal Trade Total Wood Preserver covers roughly 16m² per litre.
Recommended for use on exterior wood such as joists, window frames, doors, sheds, fences and more for the preservation of wood above ground contact. It has been formulated to prevent both dry and wet rot on exterior timber surfaces.

Before you start
Before using Roneal Trade Total Wood Preserver make sure the wood is dry and clean. Test the wood preserver on small section of wood to check the colour and ensure you shake the tin well before use.
You can apply Ronseal Trade Total Wood Proserver with a brush, sprayer or by dipping the wood in. We would reccomend dipping for end grains to ensure the wood is completely soaked.
We would suggest using three coats of Ronseal Trade Total Wood preserver. Wait 24 hours between each coat.
Use as a pre-treatment, treated areas should be overpainted, stained or varnished as required when dry. Allow 48 hours before over painting.
