Gyproc Easifill 60 is a great filler and finish compound for general wall repairs and jointing of plasterboards. As a bulk fill and finish all in one product supplied in 10kg bags, it is extremely popular with professionals.
Use the Gyproc Easifill 60 to bulk-fill and finish holes and damage and as a plasterboard joint filler and finish. With a set time of 60 mins a second coat can be applied after 140 mins meaning you can get large projects completed in the same day.
Gyproc EasiFill can be used for repairing small holes, cracks or damages, patching small areas of plaster or plasterboard.
Once set the Easifill filler is easy to sand and paint over.

Backgrounds should be reasonably dry, clean and dust-free.
Mixing
The powder should be added gradually to clean water in a clean mixing vessel, stirring continuously until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
Excessive mechanical mixing should be avoided, and only lowspeed mixers used. Once the material starts to set it must be used quickly or discarded, it cannot be remixed.
Apply Gyproc EasiFill 60 to the joint to embed the joint tape and immediately overcoat to fully fill the tapered board edges and just feather out onto the board surface.
Allow to set for a minimum of 130 minutes before applying the next coat.
