Tikkurila Otex Adhesion Primer is a solvent-based adhesion primer which can be used on a range of surfaces. The Otex primer can be used for priming and undercoating new and previously painted surfaces. It's the perfect primer for surfaces that require a paint with excellent adhesion.
Adheres well to glass surfaces, PVC plastic, aluminium and surfaces covered with alkyd and acid-curing paint.
