A ready to use formula, Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash has been specially designed for the treatment of mould, algal, fungal and lichen growth on all exterior walls, paths and patios.
A ready to use solution that is ideal for use om exterior walls patios and paths. Can also be used on interior surfaces.
The Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash has be formulated to kill mould, fungal growth and algae. It should be used on previously decorated or undercoated exterior surfaces and has been approved under the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1966 for use as directed.
Thorough surface preparation is essential before use of the fungicidal wash, always read the label before use.

For new, aged & previously decorated surfaces when applying Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the materials to be applied. For optimum results, one coat should be applied as required, however with severe fungal growth two applications may be necessary.
Prior to application, always read the label before use and wear suitable protective equipment if required. Apply with a nylon bristle brush, scrub into the surface, leave to dry. All signs of organic growth should then be removed with a scraper or stiff, bristle brush, NOT wire. Wash surface and allow to dry.
