Johnstone's Trade Flexible Primer Undercoat Paint is an easy and quick product to use with it being both a primer and undercoat in one. As part of the Stormshield range the Flexible Primer Undercoat is a premium range exterior primer which has up to an 8 year life expectancy - depending on conditions.
Perfect for use with other Johnstone's Stormshield products such as the Flexible Gloss and Flexible Satin topcoats, this Johnstone's Flexible Undercoat has a quick-drying time and gives a smooth finish every time. It retains flexibility longer than traditional undercoats and is microporous & crack resisting.
Can be used on softwood, hardwood and plywood panels, also can be used on suitably primed metal surfaces. Available in White & Grey.
Preparation
All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from loose and flaking material. To obtain maximum performance from this microporous product, old paint and varnish should be completely removed.
Application
Ensure maximum ventilation during application. Stir well. Easy to apply by brush.
