A quick drying, water based gloss Johnstone's Trade Aqua Gloss Paint reduces application time and is perfect for using on both interior and exterior wooden and metal surfaces.
Johnstone’s Aqua Water Based Gloss is an innovative water based gloss that features a high sheen finish that is ideal for using on both interior and exterior woodsn and metal surfaces. Specially formulated to give all the characteristics and application of a traditional solvent-based gloss, this highly professional gloss also delievers the advantage of being quick drying and low oddur due to it water based technology.
Also containing less atmospheric polluting VOC’s, this brilliant white paint provides coverage of 10-12m² /litre, and has a touch dry time of 1-2 hours, and a recoatable time of between 4-6 hours.
Johnstone’s Aqua Water Based Gloss should be used in conjunction with Johnstone’s Aqua Water Based Undercoat to give the best possible finish and can be easily applied using a quality paintbrush.

Before full application of Johnstone's Trade Aqua Gloss paint all surfaces should be clean, dry and free from any loose and flaking material. Prime bare wood surfaces with Johnstone’s Aqua Water Based Undercoat. Prime all other bare surfaces with the appropriate Johnstone’s primer. Rub down previously painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper and rinse thoroughly.
Stir paint tin well before use and apply to surface by brush. Avoid overspreading and do not apply in temperatures below 10˚C or externally when rain is imminent.
For best results use a good quality synthetic brush.
