Do your skirting boards and doors need a spruce up? Try the Leyland Trade Fast Dry Satin This fantastic water based satin product will revolutionise a job that is usually hated when using traditional oil based satin paints paints.
Water based satin provides the beautiful mid sheen finish however has many benefits over its oil based counter part.
Providing excellent flow and levelling properties, this non yellowing Leyland Fast Drying Satin Paint provides up to 15m² coverage per litre and has a recoat time of 3-4 hours.
With 1-2 coats generally required for optimum results, this fast drying paint can be easily applied with a brush or roller and can be used on interior or exterior, wood and metal work. It has been specially formulated to help your surfaces stay whiter for longer.

Important information
- Due to differences in computer monitors and colour swatches actual colours may have slight variance when mixed into paint. Colour Match products cannot be refunded or returned once mixed unless there is a product fault. If you are unsure about a colour, we provide an excellent tester pot service so you can test colours in situ before ordering in larger volumes. It is your own responsibility to ensure you have picked the correct colour.
- Numbered Dulux shades are copyrighted and therefore we are unable to match them.
- We cannot match to Pantone or HEX colours.
- In some circumstances there may be other colour / finish combinations that cannot be mixed, these are rare and we will contact you promptly to advise if there is a limitation preventing the colour / finish combination. In most cases we can provide a closest match which is within 10% variance to the original colour selected, or suggest an alternative suitable finish. We will only ever do this with your prior agreement.

Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean, dry and free from grease. Rub down sound previously gloss painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper to provide a key and rinse thoroughly before applying a pre-coat of Leyland Trade Fast Drying Undercoat.
Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
Apply Knotting Solution to knots and resinous surfaces and prime exposed wood and metal surfaces with the appropriate Leyland Primer.
Special precautions should be taken during the surface preparation of pre1960’s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.
Stir well before use. Apply by brush or roller. Apply liberally and evenly for a smooth finish.
Under normal conditions, allow 4 hours before applying a second coat if required.
Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 10°C or externally when rain is imminent.
