Johnstone's Trade Polyurethane Varnish is a solvent-based hardwearing coating for interior smooth planned doors, windows, joinery and furniture. Suitable for moderate traffic areas and is resistant to scuffing and washing.
Application is by brush or spray with coverage up to 17sq/m per litre. Recoatable between 16-24 hours.

Ensure the timber to be varnished are sound, clean, dry and free from dust, grease, polish and any other surface contaminant. Remove any flaking or crazed varnish. Sound existing varnish should be rubbed down with fine waterproof abrasive paper, rinsed thoroughly and allowed to dry.
Ensure maximum ventilation during application and drying. When applying by brush or roller to large interior surfaces or in confined spaces, wear a suitable cartridge respirator or air-fed respiratory protective equipment.
Sand down lightly between coats.
