Johnstone’s Trade Perfect Matt delivers a superior matt paint finish, perfect for using on walls and ceilings to create a flawless-looking finish even in the brightest of lights. This Perfect matt paint eliminates the impact of visible application marks that can sometimes be highlighted by critical lighting.
Easy to apply with a brush, roller or sprayer, Johnstone's Perfect Matt features an innovative Smooth Layer technology creating a flawless flat matt finish that not only is perfect for using on walls and ceilings but can also be used on substrates such as brickwork, concrete, plaster and blockwork. Providing coverage of up to 13sqm/l, this Johnstone’s Trade Perfect Matt paint can even be re-touched up without any visible difference between the first coat and any touch-ups.
Available in 3 sizes, 1L, 2.5L & 5L, this flat matt paint is also scrubbable and can withstand cleaning without burnishing.

Before application of Johnstone's Trade perfect matt - briliant white, all surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all loose and flaking material. All bare wooden surfaces should be primed with an appropriate Johnstone's trade primer, whilst all previously coated glossy surfaces should be rubbed down with a fine abrasive paper and rinsed thoroughly.
Stir product thoroughly before use, and apply with a brush, roller or sprayer. Do not enhale spray and wear suitable protection. Seal absorbant surfaces with a coat of Johnstone's Trade Perfect Matt thinned down with 5-10% clean water.
After full application, ensure there is good ventilation throughout during the drying process.
