Our Gyproc EasiFill 60 is a setting filler, perfectly designed for patching up repairs as well as small jointing jobs as a result of its lightweight texture.
Utilising a gypsum-based material, the Gyproc EasiFill 60 is fast-setting and also easy to mix with a high coverage rate and minimal drying shrinkage too.

Backgrounds should be reasonably dry, clean and dust-free.
The powder should be added gradually to clean water in a clean mixing vessel, stirring continuously until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Excessive mechanical mixing should be avoided, and only lowspeed mixers used.
Once the material starts to set it must be used quickly or discarded, it cannot be remixed.
Apply Gyproc EasiFill 60 to the joint to embed the joint tape and immediately overcoat to fully fill the tapered board edges and just feather out onto the board surface.
Allow to set for a minimum of 130 minutes before applying the next coat.
