Developed with a new formulation, the Dulux Trade Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint is the ideal paint choice for painting exterior walls and surfaces.
Providing excellent opacity, and coverage of up 16m² depending on the surface type, Dulux Smooth Masonry paint provides 15 years of protection once applied and also features an anti-fade technology meaning the colour lasts longer than most other standard masonry paints. Also providing extra protection from mould & algae, this tough and durable paint develops a tough paint film, helping your painted surface to stay cleaner for longer.
Easily to use, this Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint can be applied through a paintbrush, roller or sprayer offering an overall smooth finish, with a low V.O.C.
Touch dry and shower resistant within 30 minutes, this masonry paint has a recoatable time of between 2-4 hours is suitable to be used on various surfaces including concrete and brickwork.

Before full application can begin, ensure that your chosen surface is dry and clean prior to application.
Providing the surface is in good condition, Weathershield Smooth Masonry doesn’t require a primer, keeping costs down by saving time and material costs.
Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry is suitable for brush, roller and spray applications. To begin, stir thoroughly before use and apply for two coats for optimum results, for previously painted surfaces in good condition that are a similar colour 1 coat may be sufficient.
It is advised that for best results, that application should only happen in dry conditions, above 10°C and when bad weather is not forecast. In normal conditions two coats of Weathershield Smooth Masonry Paint properly applied to the substrate in accordance with the instructions will perform satisfactorily for up to 15 years giving good colour stability.
Touch dry within 30 minutes, Dulux Smooth Masonry paint is recoatable within 2-4 hours depending on external conditions.
Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry has been designed to protect masonry surfaces against all weather conditions for up to 15 years. If after that time, it is noticeable that the original coat is starting to fade or wear, then simply apply another coat following the steps given in the preparation and application sections above.
