Dulux Trade Eggshell has been specially design to give you a tough, durable and lost lasting finish over a range of different surfaces such as interior wood, metal surfaces, and also being suitable to use on interiors walls and ceilings.
A solvent based paint, Dulux Eggshell does not require an undercoat unless it is needed for a strong colour change, as per the normal process generally surfaces will requires two full coats of Eggshell for a seamless finish.
Easy to apply with either a brush or Roller, and coverage up to 17m² per litre, its perfect for low to moderately busy area's within your home, so either a longue or bedroom.
With a drying time of between 4-6 hours, this eggshell paint would also be perfect for using on skirting boards or used as a brightening coat on window and door frames.

To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as dirt, grease and wax. New or bare surfaces should be primed with an appropriate Dulux Trade primer.
Thoroughly rub down previously painted surfaces, using ‘wet flatting’ methods where possible, then wipe off with a damp, lint free cloth.
Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead. Treat knots with an appropriate knotting solution.
Brush or roller only. For Health & Safety reasons relating to all solvent-based paints, spray application is not recommended.
As with other solvent-based paints, do not apply in temperatures below 5ºC (as recommended by British Standard BS 6150).
